Full Terms‍

1. This competition is only open to residents of the Republic of Ireland (“ROI”) aged 18 years or over. 
2. This competition runs from 21.07.2024 to 23:59 14.10.2024 (the “Promotional Period”). Any entries received outside the Promotional Period will be void.
3. The Promoter is Bulmers Limited, trading as Bulmers Ireland, registered in Ireland under number 1986 whose registered office is at Annerville, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, Ireland. This competition is not open to employees of the Promoter or any member of the C&C Group, their families, agents, clients, suppliers, retailers, merchants and associates.  
4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Any additional entries will be disqualified.   
5. To enter, purchase a pint of Bulmers Irish Cider, scan the QR code on the side of the glass and choose your preferred event/experience. Once completed your entry will be submitted to a draw. Purchase required. Retain proof of purchase. ‍
6. Internet access required. Participants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet.  These costs may vary so please check with your service provider for current charges. Participants should seek the permission of the person paying the bill before entering.
7. The winner will be chosen by random selection on 16.10.2024. The Promoter reserves the right to a second round of screening in order to confirm details are apt ahead of prize confirmation. The prize will only be allocated to the winner. Proof of entering is not accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter is not liable for non- or late receipt of any entry/promotion, due to operator or network error or for any associated cost to Participants.
8. The winner will be contacted by email on 17.10.2024. In the event the winner is uncontactable in the first instance, we will endeavour to try and make contact with them for up to 24 hours after our initial attempt, in which case if we have not heard back from them, the winner’s prize entitlement is waived and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner. It is the responsibility of entrants to monitor their junk / spam folders to ensure they don’t miss any correspondence from the Promoter.‍
9. Prizes: there is one prize available, which is an experience within Europe up to the value of €4,000 for the winner and up to 3 guests (all guests must be 18+). The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be exchanged. No part or parts of the prize maybe substituted for other benefits, items or additions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions. This prize will be organised on behalf of the Promoter by Inventive Marketing Ltd t/a KICK Communications (the “Administrator”). Prizes must be fulfilled by 17/10/2025. The Promoter and the Administrator will use reasonable endeavours to fulfil the prize that the winner would like, but this is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Insurance will not be provided. Where the prize includes international travel, it is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they and their guests all have valid passports. No prizes will be available which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter are unreasonable, illegal or unethical. ‍
10. Third party prize providers: If the prize selected by the winner is provided by a third party, then the terms and conditions imposed by that third party will be provided to the winner prior to booking for consideration and acceptance. Promoter will not be liable for any failure on the part of the third-party prize provider to deliver the prize where the winner or guests have breached these terms. Where the third party-prize provider will process winner and guests personal data, they will do so as independent Data Controllers and the winner will be provided with a copy of their privacy information. 
11. The winner may be requested to participate in unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter.
12. This promotion is administered on behalf of the Promoter by Inventive Marketing Ltd t/a KICK Communications (the “Administrator”).
13. Data Protection Notice: We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy (a copy of which can be found at https://www.bulmers.ie/policies/data-protection-statement) and by registering and entering into the promotion, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. You acknowledge that the Promoter will pass such information to the Administrator as outlined in these terms and conditions. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to GDPR@candcgroup.com. Unless you have opted in to receive direct marketing from the Promoter, data will be stored for three months after the promotion end date until before deletion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
14. The Promoter will make available prize winner’s surname and county of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting david@kickdublin.ie.  We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners’ details by emailing david@kickdublin.ie. 
15. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or amend the details of the competition and right to award different prizes of equal or greater value.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, vary or cancel the prize without notice as it may reasonably require if circumstances make this unavoidable.
17. The Promoter is not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation to the entrant that is caused by any circumstance beyond its reasonable control or by any actor omission of any third party although it will always use reasonable endeavours to minimise any entrant disappointment.
18. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
19. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the prize draw are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever in connection with any loss, damage or injury which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of the offer and the promotion, except that the Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Promoter.
20. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on Irish law and the Courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction.
